This program focuses on self empowerment of the CST team. This is to ensure a decent and conducive workplace where we ensure employee development using programs that can be applied in real life and help improve living standards. These programs include financial literacy programs, life skills programs, business management programs among others. All this is done with the aim to improve their living standards. The SDGs relevant for thi s program is SDG 8 & SDG 1.
