Sexual Harrassment Policy

Cityscape Trends Services ltd is committed to providing a safe environment for all its employees free from discrimination on any ground and from harassment at work including sexual harassment.CST will operate a zero tolerance policy for any form of sexual harassment in the workplace, treat all incidents seriously and promptly investigate all allegations of sexual harassment. Any person found to have sexually harassed another will face disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal from employment.

All complaints of sexual harassment will be taken seriously and treated with respect and in confidence.No one will be victimized for making such a complaint.

Human Rights Policy

We believe that business can only flourish in societies where human rights are protected and respected. We recognize that business has the responsibility to respect human rights and the ability to contribute to positive human rights impacts.

This is an area of growing importance to our employees, workers, shareholders, investors, customers, consumers, the communities where we operate and civil society groups. There is therefore both a business and a moral case for ensuring that human rights are upheld across our operations and our value chain. This Human Rights Statement contains principles which we embed into our policies and systems.

Whistleblower Policy

Cityscape Trends Services ltd is committed to the highest possible standards of ethical, moral and legal business conduct. In line with this commitment the Whistleblower Policy is intended to encourage and enable employees and volunteers of  cst to report any action or suspected action taken within cst that is illegal, fraudulent or in violation of any adopted policy, to a source within the cst before turning to outside parties for resolution. The policy protects the employees from reprisals or victimization for whistle blowing in good faith. cst will also afford natural justice to persons who are the subject of the disclosure.

Healt and Safety Policy

We are committed to providing a health work place for all employees including our clients and the public in our areas of operation. The management and all employees of cityscape share the responsibility for the success of safety and health program.

Every worker has the right to safe working environment. Every worker has the right to be properly trained. Every worker has the right to refuse unsafe work. It is everyone’s responsibilities to ensure that any work undertaken meets minimum safety requirements. There is no work that is worth risking life.
